Hearty Chili (Warm up your cockles) 

2 pkgs. (16 oz. each) Regular Flavor Uplands Gourmet Pork Sausage 
2 cans (10.75 oz. each) condensed minestrone soup 
2 cans (15 oz. each) pinto beans 
1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes & green chiles 
1 cup water or stock 
1 tablespoon chili powder (optional) 

In large skillet, cook sausage over medium high heat, stirring frequently until thoroughly cooked and no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.

Makes 6-8 servings
