Sausage Rolls 

2 pkgs. (16 oz. each) Regular Flavor Uplands Gourmet Pork Sausage 
Pastry (available from the pastry section of your store's frozen food department) 

Preheat oven to 450º F. Divide the pastry into sections each 3 inches wide. Remove the outer skins on the Uplands gourmet sausages and roll the pastry to enclose the sausage. Dampen the edge and seal well. Cut into lengths; place on the baking tray; brush with milk and make 3 cuts on the top. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown
